Online & Mobile Banking Services
Beginning on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, you can register for ILWU Credit Union's Free Online Banking and Mobile Banking App which includes Free Bill Pay, External Transfers, Zelle®, eStatements, Financial Tracker, and more!
 Effective Friday, November 28, 2025, at 3:30 PM, Portland Local 8 FCU's Online and Mobile Banking will no longer be available. 
  Once the merger is completed on December 2, you will be able to register your account in ILWU Credit Union's Online and Mobile Banking services. 
Online/Mobile Banking
ILWU Credit Union Online and Mobile Banking allows you to access your account anytime day or night. You will be able to transfer funds, make loan payments, view account history, place stop payments, set up account alerts, access Bill Pay, Zelle® and more. Visit Online Banking or Mobile Banking to see all the benefits and features of this FREE service.
- If you currently use Portland Local 8 FCU's Online or Mobile Banking, you will be able to login to ILWU Credit Union's Online Banking on or after December 2, 2025 with your current Username, but you will be required to update your password. At login enter your username, select "Trouble Signing In", then select "forgot password" to update your password.
- If you are new to Online or Mobile Banking, you can register on or after December 2. You will need your Account Number.
- You must have a valid email address and phone number on file to sign up for Online Banking.
- Click here to sign-in or register for Online Banking on or after December 2, 2025.
- Please note: If you currently have scheduled transfers set up, you will need to reschedule them. Your Online Banking, Bill Pay and eBills will not convert in the merger.
Mobile Banking
Bank anytime, anywhere with our Free Mobile Banking App. Download our App from any Apple or Android smartphone or tablet and access your account wherever you go!
- To sign up for Mobile Banking after December 2, simply download the ILWU Credit Union Mobile Banking App for your iPhone from the App Store or from Google Play for your Android device. It's that easy!

eStatements
Eliminate the wait of receiving a paper statement and enroll in ILWU Credit Union's free eStatements. eStatements are good for the environment, reduce paper clutter, and won't get lost or stolen in the mail. We recommend enrolling in eStatements so you can easliy access and view the last 6 months of your Portland Local 8 FCU Statemnets.
- To sign up for eStatements, log into Online Banking, go to the Statement/Notices tab in the Main Menu and in Manage Preferences click the toggle to opt in to eStatements.

Pay family and friends with Zelle®
Members can easly access Zelle® through ILWU Credit Union's Online or Mobile Banking. If you currently use Zelle® with Portland Local 8 FCU, you will have to re-enroll with your email address or phone number.
Bill Pay
ILWU Credit Union's Bill Pay allows you to make payments, track payments and manage finances all in one convenient place. Pay bills online with instant access anytime without the expense of stamps!
- If you currently have Bill Pay through Portland Local 8 FCU, you will have to re-enroll in ILWU Credit Union's Bill Pay service on or after December 2, 2025.
- The last day that you will be able view activity and schedule payments in the Portland Local 8 FCU Bill Pay system is Thursday, November 27.
- On Tuesday, December 2, you can enroll in ILWU Credit Union's Bill Pay! Click to enroll.
